As a Sales Engineer at KnowBe4, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor, bridging the gap between customer needs and our product offerings. This role involves close collaboration with Account Executives to support the sales process by demonstrating product capabilities, addressing technical inquiries, and leading proof-of-value engagements. In this position, your primary responsibilities will include conducting engaging product demonstrations, providing technical support throughout the sales cycle, and leading structured proof-of-value engagements to showcase our solution's impact. You will also participate in sales calls to identify technical pain points, troubleshoot issues during the sales process, and collaborate with Account Executives to translate customer needs into effective product solutions.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of presales or relevant technical sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS environments. A strong technical foundation in cybersecurity, excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and the ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously are essential. A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous learning are also important for success in this role.
