Sales Enablement Specialist
CarOnSale is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team in Hamburg, Germany. As a leading provider of process management software for the professional used car trade, we serve major brands, dealership groups, and individual dealerships. Our core product, the AlphaController, manages all dealership workflows from vehicle appraisal to sale. In this role, you will support our sales team by enhancing their effectiveness and efficiency.
Your primary responsibilities will include creating and maintaining sales materials such as presentations, case studies, and competitive analyses. You will conduct training sessions and workshops to improve the sales team's product knowledge, sales strategies, and understanding of market trends. Additionally, you will analyze sales processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize them.
We are looking for candidates with a degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field, and several years of experience in go-to-market enablement, sales, or business development, preferably in a software environment. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with analytical thinking and experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools. Familiarity with the used car trade or process management software is a plus. A proactive team player with a structured work approach will thrive in this role.
