This role is integral to scaling our go-to-market strategy, enhancing sales productivity, and ensuring consistent messaging throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities include designing and optimizing onboarding programs for new sales hires to ensure rapid ramp-up times, delivering ongoing training aligned with new product features and market shifts, and collaborating with Product Marketers to provide the sales team with up-to-date case studies, playbooks, and pitch decks. The role also involves refining sales processes in partnership with Sales Leadership and Revenue Operations, monitoring adoption through CRM insights, and tracking key enablement metrics to inform future programs.

The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in sales enablement, B2B sales, or sales operations, preferably within SaaS or GovTech sectors. A proven track record in designing and executing successful enablement programs is essential, along with familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, LMS platforms, and sales engagement tools. Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills are required, and experience working with public sector organizations is considered a plus.
