Sales Enablement & Coaching Manager (m/w/d)
Doctolib is seeking a Sales Enablement & Coaching Manager (m/w/d) to join our Learning & Sales Enablement (LSE) team in Berlin, Germany. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping how our sales team learns, grows, and achieves success from day one. As the Sales Enablement Lead, you will provide both strategic direction and hands-on support to develop scalable onboarding and ramp-up programs, drive the adoption of innovative enablement tools, and embed sustainable sales methodologies within the field.
Your primary responsibilities will include leading, coaching, and developing a team of 4–5 experienced professionals, including Senior Sales Enablement Partners, Trainers, and Coaches. You will oversee the onboarding of new sales employees, manage ramp-up programs for our new practice software, and implement monitoring routines, product certification, and licensing processes. Additionally, you will support the development of our leadership team through initiatives such as Regional Manager ramp-up programs, leadership training, and the creation of a Sales Manager Handbook. Maintaining and enhancing the sales guide, aligning with marketing, and advancing the use of modern enablement tools like AI coaching platforms will also be key aspects of your role.
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in sales enablement, learning and development, or sales training, preferably within a fast-growing B2B company. Proven experience in team leadership, project management, and the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously are essential. Strong communication and facilitation skills, a data-driven approach to measuring program success, and fluency in both German and English are required. Familiarity with modern sales enablement tools and experience in developing manager development programs and leadership training are highly desirable.
