Sales Director
Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Sales Director to lead the growth agenda across its UK Food Microbiology, Food Chemistry, Waters, and Consultancy/Risk businesses. This role involves developing and executing a targeted commercial strategy aligned with the needs of the UK food and water testing industry. The Sales Director will manage a strong pipeline of sales opportunities and enhance the customer onboarding process.
Key responsibilities include leading the development and execution of Eurofins UK's new business development strategy to accelerate revenue growth across all food testing service lines. The role requires ownership of the commercial pipeline, ensuring healthy funnel generation across all growth segments. Additionally, the Sales Director will develop and execute the pricing strategy to support sustainable growth, profitability, and competitive positioning. Collaboration with Laboratory Operations, Customer Service, Technical Experts, and Marketing is essential to ensure customer propositions align with capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing sales, customer service, and business development roles. Proven knowledge of new business development processes and customer relationship management is essential. The role requires excellent IT skills, effective communication abilities, and a high level of attention to detail. A passion for sales and driving business growth, along with the ability to work within a team, is crucial.
