Sales Development Representative
As a Sales Development Representative at InfoTrack US, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by identifying and generating new business opportunities through a combination of inbound and outbound outreach. InfoTrack is a leading legal technology platform that seamlessly connects law firms to courts and essential litigation services, enhancing the efficiency of legal processes. This position is based in Chicago, IL, with a hybrid work model requiring three days per week in the office.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include responding to and qualifying inbound leads, initiating contact with new business prospects, and determining appropriate next steps for each. You will conduct market research to anticipate client needs and identify new leads, engage current users to expand awareness and identify new opportunities, and collaborate effectively with marketing and customer success teams. Additionally, you will work closely with product and marketing teams to develop account intelligence and schedule online demos for the Account Executive team.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of corporate experience, which may include internships or customer service positions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. While prior experience in software sales and familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software are advantageous, they are not required. A strong desire to pursue a career in software sales is highly valued.
Compensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from $41,000 to $52,000, with a commission target of $40,000, bringing the total target compensation to between $81,000 and $92,000 annually.
