The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will join a high-performing sales team focused on expanding partnerships with Property Management Companies.

In this role, the SDR will be responsible for driving new client acquisition within the rental real estate market. Key responsibilities include building and managing a robust pipeline in the CRM, tailoring prospecting approaches to various business personas, and establishing relationships with senior executives through outbound efforts. The SDR will also follow up efficiently with inbound leads, educate prospective customers on the value of Flex, and collaborate with the Accounts team to develop strategic adoption plans for new customers.

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience with a consistent track record of quota attainment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to develop relationships with middle management and ownership quickly and effectively. The role requires flexibility, adaptability, and proficiency in phone, email, and social media prospecting. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively.

Flex offers a competitive salary range for this position, with compensation varying based on primary work location. For the Salt Lake City area, the salary range is $65,000 to $72,250 USD.
