Sales Development Representative - Dutch Speaker
Lighthouse is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is fluent in Dutch to join our dynamic Revenue team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales force, you will be instrumental in driving growth by initiating conversations, qualifying leads, and building a robust pipeline that supports our Business Development Managers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our expansion into the Dutch-speaking market.
In this position, you will proactively research and identify potential clients, crafting personalized outreach strategies that resonate with prospects. Your daily activities will include conducting high-volume outreach through calls, LinkedIn messages, and emails in both Dutch and English, ensuring a balance between quantity and quality. You will engage with inbound leads promptly, qualify them effectively, and schedule meetings for our Business Development Managers, ensuring a seamless transition and maximizing conversion rates.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of both Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills and a keen ability to build rapport with diverse audiences. Experience in sales development or a customer-facing role is preferred, along with proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce. A self-motivated, results-driven attitude, coupled with the ability to work collaboratively within a team, is essential for success in this role.
