Sales Developer - Eurofins Croatia

Eurofins Croatia is seeking a Sales Developer to join our dynamic team. As part of the Eurofins network, a global leader in life sciences, this role focuses on expanding our client base and enhancing customer relationships within the Croatian market.

The Sales Developer will be responsible for maintaining and growing customer accounts by ensuring our services align with client needs. Key duties include providing professional support and customer care, collaborating with existing partners, developing new relationships to drive business growth, contributing to sales plans and marketing campaigns, and analyzing key performance indicators to monitor progress.

Candidates should possess a university degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Agronomy, Chemistry, or a related field. While previous sales experience is appreciated, a proven background in the food or pharmaceutical industries is essential. The role requires strong communication skills, a results-oriented approach, the ability to work independently, proficiency in Business English, advanced Excel skills, familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, and a valid driving license.
