HTC is seeking a�Sales & Channel Marketing Manager�to drive digital channel growth, support revenue generation, and execute end-to-end commercial initiatives across retail, e-commerce, and partner ecosystems. This role blends channel marketing strategy with hands-on sales enablement and operational execution, ensuring seamless alignment from marketing planning through deal closure and deployment.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-oriented, comfortable optimizing digital storefronts, supporting sales pipelines, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced global environment.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Marketing & Sales (Channel & Digital Marketing: Planning and Execution of Channel-Specific Digital Initiatives)
• Plan, place, and operate optimal digital assets by sales channel (e.g., Amazon, distributor channels, direct sales, etc.)
• Optimize product detail pages (messaging structure, images/videos, A+ Content, comparison charts, FAQs, etc.)
• Design visibility and customer journeys (Brand Store, campaign linkage, etc.)
• Run a continuous PDCA cycle (update plan, performance review, ongoing improvements)
• Sync with retail/channel partners: co-develop promotional themes, arrange assets, and manage execution
• Sync with Global Marketing: localize strategy/messages/assets for Japan and provide feedback to Global
• Plan and direct production of partner-facing marketing collateral (brochures/one-pagers, etc.), including production management, proofreading, and delivery
• Sales Enablement (Sales: Driving Revenue Conversion)
• Own initial lead intake: conduct customer needs discovery and coordinate/escalate to internal stakeholders (Product/Engineering, CS, Logistics, Finance, etc.)
• Develop the proposal storyline, sales materials, and quotations, and drive deal progression in parallel with the Sales Lead
