The Sales Associate role is integral to delivering a memorable experience for every customer, serving as the first point of contact and embodying the brand's values.
In this customer-facing position, Sales Associates are responsible for providing exceptional service, educating customers about the Studs experience, products, and piercing services, and offering personalized styling. They contribute to sales and service goals, maintain operational accuracy in areas such as appointments, point-of-sale transactions, and inventory restocks, and uphold the studio environment in line with visual and brand standards.
Ideal candidates should have prior retail or customer-facing experience, though it is not required. A flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is necessary, with availability to work at least one weekend day per week. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move at least 20 pounds. Candidates should be comfortable handling chemicals safely and following all safety protocols. A positive attitude, energy, curiosity, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced team environment are essential.
