Sales Assistant
Eurofins is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales department, ensuring efficient handling of client inquiries, and contributing to the overall success of our sales operations. As part of a global leader in life sciences, the Sales Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships.
Key responsibilities include monitoring and responding to incoming client inquiries promptly, setting up contracts and pricing structures in the quotation system, and preparing both domestic and transactional quotations. The role also involves supporting the preparation of tenders, bids, and presentations, as well as collaborating with logistics, customer service, and accounts teams to ensure seamless operations. Additionally, the Sales Assistant will actively promote Eurofins through regular client communications and support the implementation of company computer systems.
The ideal candidate will possess a qualification in Business, Marketing, or Science, or have relevant experience in administration within a similar role. Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level is required, along with experience in administration and customer service. Strong commercial awareness, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages are essential. A category B driving license is also required.
