We are currently seeking a Slovenian-speaking Sales Agent to join our Warsaw office, playing a pivotal role in enhancing player engagement and retention.
In this role, you will be responsible for making daily outbound calls to both new and existing players, aiming to boost activity, retention, and reactivation. Your day-to-day tasks will include promoting our products, sites, and campaigns, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our players. Collaboration with internal departments such as Payments, Risk, VIP, and Customer Support will be essential to meet and exceed performance targets.
The ideal candidate is a native Slovenian speaker with fluent English proficiency. A vibrant enthusiasm for customer service and direct player engagement is crucial. Confidence in initiating conversations and promoting our offerings, coupled with a strong desire to achieve and surpass daily targets, is essential. Experience or understanding of the Casino and/or Sports Betting industry is considered a plus.
