In this position, the Sales Agent is responsible for making daily outbound calls and follow-ups to both new and existing players. The role involves promoting the company's sites, products, campaigns, and entertainment options to ensure a seamless and enjoyable user experience. Collaboration with team leaders and internal departments, such as Payments, Risk, VIP, and Customer Support, is essential to meet and exceed performance targets.
The ideal candidate is a native Finnish speaker with fluent English proficiency. A vibrant enthusiasm for customer service and direct engagement with players is crucial. Confidence in initiating conversations and promoting products, along with a strong desire to achieve and surpass daily targets, is expected. Experience or understanding of the Casino and/or Sports Betting industry is considered a plus.
