Safety Coordinator

Fever, a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a Safety Coordinator to join their team in Chicago. This role is integral to ensuring the safety and security of Fever's U.S. operations, including workplaces, live events, and high-profile experiences. The Safety Coordinator will report to the global Health and Safety Manager and collaborate closely with the Global Physical Security and Crisis Management Managers.

The Safety Coordinator will lead and enhance safety and security programs across Fever's U.S. business, ensuring alignment with global standards and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, inspections, and training sessions to promote a strong safety culture. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation for audits, coordinating emergency responses, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to manage incidents and crises effectively.

Candidates should have 4–6 years of experience in health and safety, security, or crisis management, with a proven ability to operate across both domains. A solid understanding of workplace safety regulations, compliance standards, and risk assessment frameworks is essential. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and comfort with irregular hours and travel to event locations. Professional certifications in Health and Safety (e.g., OSHA, IOSH) and/or Security (e.g., CPP, PSP) are advantageous.
