As an ambassador of the brand, the S&T Market Leader I champions Living-Centered Design, embodying the firm's purpose to help people continuously flourish in every client interaction.

Key responsibilities include market growth, client leadership, market brand enhancement, and practice support. The S&T Market Leader I is tasked with developing new business opportunities with both new and existing clients to achieve top-line targets, aiming for a minimum 10% growth of the practice year over year. This involves leading and partnering with clients on billable project-specific work, advancing innovative solutions that differentiate the firm, and fostering strong, long-term client relationships that present opportunities for future work. Additionally, the role includes acting as a leading voice for the market both externally and internally, participating in speaking events, writing, and other activities that promote the firm and its work. Engaging in activities to advance the firm, the region, the market, and the office, as well as mentoring market team members and recruiting talented candidates to build a high-performing team, are also key aspects of the role.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with current registration or licensure in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering preferred. A minimum of 12 years of experience with a proven track record of strategic growth, market and team leadership, and business development success in the S&T market is required. Strong presentation skills, exceptional client and people leadership abilities, and professional acumen demonstrated by the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully are essential. The candidate should have strong business acumen and a proven ability to create and execute strategy, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing, accountable teams. Sound judgment and a solid approach to risk management and mitigation are necessary, along with the ability to travel as required.

The salary range for this position is $117,000.00 to $146,300.00 annually. Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses. The benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible spending account options, and voluntary insurances. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
