RFP & Proposal Specialist – BioPharma
The RFP & Proposal Specialist – BioPharma at Eurofins will join a dynamic business development team focused on supporting the growth of Eurofins’ BioPharma product testing services. Eurofins is a globally recognized group of laboratories providing a range of analytical testing to the pharmaceutical, food, and environmental sectors. The specialist will play a key role in driving Eurofins' competitive edge within the BioPharma sector by ensuring high-quality, strategically tailored proposals are delivered to potential clients.
In this role, the specialist will be responsible for managing the entire proposal development process, including reviewing requests for proposals (RFPs), collaborating closely with subject matter experts, and crafting professional, compliant, and persuasive proposals. Day-to-day work involves coordinating timelines, collecting critical information, ensuring accuracy in documentation, and tracking submissions and outcomes to support continuous improvement.
Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in life sciences, communications, business, or a related field, with at least two years of experience in RFP or proposal management, ideally within the BioPharma, CRO, or scientific services sector. Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills are essential, along with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency with proposal management tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
