Review Manager - India

DISCO is seeking a Review Manager to join our team in Gurugram, India. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients and attorneys to leverage DISCO AI for document review, enhancing client outcomes and streamlining the eDiscovery process. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the evolution of legal review management within a dynamic and innovative company.

As a Review Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients during managed review projects, overseeing teams of reviewers to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Your responsibilities will include structuring and optimizing review workflows, implementing quality control measures, and providing guidance and training to junior colleagues. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of standard documentation and report on key project metrics to the broader review team.

The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in document review management within eDiscovery or related legal services. Proficiency with industry-leading review platforms such as DISCO, Relativity, Everlaw, or Axcelerate is essential. A strong understanding of AI capabilities and applications, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects across various time zones are also required.
