Revenue Operations Manager, Strategic Growth Accounts
Peregrine Technologies is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to join our State and Local Growth team. In this role, you will be embedded in the daily operations of our sales organization, working cross-functionally on critical projects and analytics to enhance team productivity. Peregrine Technologies is a rapidly growing company that leverages AI-enabled platforms to transform siloed data into operational intelligence, serving hundreds of customers across multiple states and countries.
As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will improve sales team productivity through process optimization and modern go-to-market tooling. You will serve as the primary resource for representatives and managers on pipeline management, territory assignments, quota tracking, and operational inquiries. Your responsibilities will include executing pipeline reviews, updating forecasts, and maintaining core go-to-market dashboards covering pipeline coverage, conversion rates, attainment, and activity metrics. Additionally, you will collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure revenue processes are prepared for new product launches and coordinate go-to-market projects to ensure seamless implementation within the sales team.
The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of professional experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, analytics, finance, or a top-tier consulting environment. Hands-on experience with CRM management (preferably Salesforce), pipeline reporting, and sales process support is essential. Strong analytical skills, high standards for data accuracy, and excellent communication abilities are required. A bachelor's or graduate degree in business, finance, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred. An entrepreneurial mindset, business acumen, and a service-oriented approach are also key attributes for success in this role.
Peregrine Technologies offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $200,000 annually, along with benefits, equity (if applicable), and potential bonuses.
