Revenue Operations Associate
The Revenue Operations Associate at Fever will serve as the operational owner of a specific business line, ensuring that processes and systems function efficiently and scale effectively. This role involves defining, developing, and implementing comprehensive commercial operations to support Fever's mission of democratizing access to culture and entertainment.
Key responsibilities include identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement across commercial and cross-functional teams. The associate will build tools, automations, and dashboards to optimize performance and decision-making, collaborating closely with executives and multiple business units to drive organizational success.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering and have over three years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth, or Analytics roles. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL are essential. A proactive problem-solving attitude, attention to detail, and experience with coding or automation tools such as Python, JavaScript, or Google Cloud environment are highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is considered a plus.
