ROLE SUMMARY
As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you’ll support the systems, data, and processes that keep Braintrust’s go-to-market engine running smoothly. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, you’ll help turn raw data into clear insights that improve execution, forecasting accuracy, and day-to-day decision-making across the revenue organization.
This is an execution-focused, high-learning role ideal for someone early in their RevOps career who wants hands-on exposure to how a modern, AI-native SaaS company scales. You’ll be responsible for maintaining reporting and dashboards, supporting pipeline and forecast processes, ensuring CRM data quality, and helping troubleshoot operational issues that impact revenue teams.
This role is based in our San Francisco, CA office.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support GTM operations: Execute on the day-to-day cadence, reporting, and workflows that support Sales, Finance, and Customer Field Engineering while learning how the full GTM engine operates.
- Deal desk & deal support: Support reps and customer field engineering during late-stage deal cycles by preparing quotes, supporting pricing approvals, structuring non-standard terms, and ensuring operational and financial compliance.
- Accounts receivable & billing support: Assist with AR workflows, invoice tracking, issue resolution, and coordination with Finance to ensure clean handoffs from deal close to cash collection.
