The Revenue Enablement Manager at Fever is responsible for developing the skills, sales behaviors, and deal strategies that empower revenue teams to generate pipeline and close deals effectively. This role involves close collaboration with Sales leadership, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Product Marketing to translate Fever's go-to-market strategy across various markets and verticals into consistent sales practices and best-in-class positioning.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing role-based onboarding and continuous learning programs, supporting line managers and leadership in establishing coaching rhythms such as deal reviews and call coaching.
