Retention Sales Agent - Italian Speaking

The Italian Speaking Retention Sales Agent will join the Warsaw office, focusing on enhancing client engagement and retention.
In this role, the agent will monitor client activity using Power BI to analyze failed deposits and segment clients based on recent wins, losses, and deposit levels. Responsibilities include managing communications through Telegram, Email, and WhatsApp, conducting welcome calls for new clients, and sending personalized follow-ups to encourage ongoing activity. Additionally, the agent will support the VIP program by verifying and updating VIP client lists and maintaining accurate records.
Candidates must be native Italian speakers with fluent English proficiency. A strong passion for customer service and direct client interaction is essential. The role requires comfort in initiating conversations and confidently promoting the company's products and services. An understanding of the casino and sports betting industry is advantageous, along with a target-oriented mindset and a drive to achieve goals.
