Retention Sales Agent - Greek Speaking

We are seeking a Greek-speaking Retention Sales Agent to join our Warsaw office, focusing on enhancing client engagement and supporting business growth through data-driven strategies.
In this role, you will monitor client activity and analyze data using Power BI to identify trends and issues, such as failed deposits. Responsibilities include segmenting clients based on recent wins, losses, and deposit levels, as well as tracking those approaching VIP status. Additionally, you will manage communications through platforms like Telegram, Email, and WhatsApp, conduct welcome calls for new clients, and send personalized follow-ups to encourage ongoing activity.
The ideal candidate is proficient in both Greek and English, with strong analytical skills and experience in customer engagement. Familiarity with Power BI and Excel is essential for data analysis and reporting. Previous experience in customer retention, account management, or customer support is advantageous. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients are crucial for success in this role.
