Retention Sales Agent - French Speaking

BrainRocket is seeking a French-speaking Retention Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in Warsaw, Poland. As a global company specializing in Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing, we are committed to delivering innovative tech products. Our team of 1,300 professionals operates across multiple countries, including Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Poland, and Serbia.

In this role, you will monitor client activity using Power BI, analyze failed deposits, and segment clients based on recent wins, losses, and deposit levels. You will also track clients approaching VIP status and maintain accurate records in Excel or Power BI dashboards.

Your responsibilities will include managing incoming messages through Telegram, Email, and WhatsApp, conducting welcome calls for new clients, and sending personalized follow-up communications to encourage ongoing client activity. Additionally, you will support the VIP program by verifying and updating the list of VIP clients and ensuring accurate reporting.

The ideal candidate is a native French speaker with fluent English proficiency. You should have a strong understanding of the Casino and/or sports betting industry, be target-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Power BI and Excel is essential, along with the ability to manage multiple communication channels effectively.
