Retail Operations Manager
BibliU is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the operational aspects of our campus store management services. This role involves collaborating with multiple teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency, contributing to our mission of providing affordable and accessible educational materials to students.
Key responsibilities include managing distinct areas of work during customer transitions, serving as the primary operational contact for point-of-sale providers, and leading bi-annual inventory processes. The Retail Operations Manager will also document processes, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and coordinate store remodels to align with institutional visions while maintaining budgetary constraints.
The ideal candidate will have experience in operational management, delivering efficiency and process improvements, and working with inventory management or point-of-sale systems. Proficiency with AI tools for process documentation and improvement is essential. The role requires openness to travel several days a month and the ability to visualize and design store layouts, coordinating with external vendors to implement these designs.
