Retail Manager
Fever, a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a Retail Manager to oversee merchandise and retail activities for an upcoming event. The Retail Manager will report directly to the Event Manager and the Global Retail Lead, leading a team of 4-6 staff members across two sales locations on-site. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of retail operations in alignment with Fever's mission to democratize access to culture and entertainment.
Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of retail operations, such as inventory management, scheduling, staffing, and maintaining cleanliness. The Retail Manager will oversee the organization, planning, and execution of retail setup and teardown, supervise initial inventory processes, and ensure the proper training and performance of retail staff. Additionally, the role involves setting up and monitoring point-of-sale systems, analyzing performance metrics to meet revenue targets, and addressing customer concerns to enhance the overall experience.
The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles, demonstrating strong leadership and analytical skills. Proficiency in Google Drive and related applications is essential, along with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Excellent communication abilities, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment are crucial. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.
