As a Retail Development Specialist at Wolt, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of our Enterprise Supermarket business. You will manage several enterprise supermarket accounts, treating each as a comprehensive ecosystem. This involves understanding their structures, identifying growth opportunities, addressing challenges, and leading their overall development. You will serve as the primary point of contact and account manager for these key partners, balancing business growth with operational excellence.

Your key responsibilities will include leading the growth of assigned enterprise supermarkets by identifying opportunities and overcoming bottlenecks. You will manage and develop strategic partnerships, acting as their account manager to drive both growth and operational excellence. Additionally, you will oversee the onboarding process for new retail partners, from contract signing to full implementation of Wolt’s tools and services. Driving partner growth initiatives such as catalog optimization, assortment expansion, promotional planning, and commercial initiatives will also be part of your role. Ensuring high operational quality across partners, including availability, preparation times, catalog management, store operations, and storefront visibility on the platform, is essential. Providing day-to-day partner support by solving problems, improving processes, and ensuring an excellent overall partner experience is also expected. Monitoring performance metrics and working with partners to continuously improve business results will be a key aspect of your day-to-day work.

The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in B2B account management, business development, retail operations, or related fields. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required. A strong interest in retail and digital platforms, along with excellent organizational and communication skills, is essential. A service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach, comfort with multitasking, and the ability to learn new systems are also important. Fluency in Hebrew and English is required.
