WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
Every day is different, but here's an example of the kind of things you'll work on:
- Review and summarise legal documents including restructuring support agreements, plan of reorganisation filings, disclosure statements, and adversary proceedings
- Track litigation developments in high-profile Chapter 11 cases and liability management transactions, flagging key legal arguments and court rulings for editorial coverage
- Assist with legal analysis supporting 9fin's coverage of creditor disputes, lender-on-lender transactions, and inter-creditor litigation
- Support senior legal reporters and attorneys in researching case law, precedent transactions, and regulatory developments relevant to distressed credit
- Contribute to the production of structured legal summaries and annotations within 9fin's platform for use by buyside and legal clients
