Restaurant Associate
As a Restaurant Associate at Wolt, you will be an integral part of our restaurant team, managing a dynamic portfolio of restaurant partners in a fast-paced environment. This versatile role combines onboarding, account management, and commercial growth, requiring strong collaboration across the team and the wider organization.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of approximately 100-120 restaurant partners, supporting their performance and growth. You will lead the onboarding process for new partners, which involves in-person meetings, training, and go-live support over a six-week period. Additionally, you will ensure the smooth setup of new venues by optimizing menus, setting up systems, and ensuring operational readiness.
To excel in this role, you should have significant experience within or working with the restaurant industry, with an advantage for candidates who have restaurant or café management experience. While 0-2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or business development is preferred, strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-facing mindset are essential. A sales-oriented approach with the ability to identify growth opportunities and comfort working with data and numbers will also contribute to your success. Fluency in Hebrew with good English proficiency is required.
