Eurofins, a global leader in life sciences, is seeking a Business Unit Manager for its Building Analysis laboratory in Bagneux, France. This laboratory specializes in analyzing building pollutants such as asbestos, lead, and hydrocarbons, playing a crucial role in safeguarding public health and the environment.

The Business Unit Manager will oversee the entire entity, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations, maintaining accreditations, and implementing CSR initiatives. Responsibilities include managing a team of approximately 50 staff members, ensuring client satisfaction through operational performance, and driving continuous improvement in quality, timelines, and productivity. The role also involves developing and executing the business unit's commercial strategy, fostering innovation, and managing financial aspects such as cash flow, investments, and budgeting.

Candidates should possess a generalist higher education background and demonstrate significant managerial experience in an industrial setting.
