Resource Management, Capacity Planning Partner
The Capacity Planning Partner at WPP Media is responsible for aligning the company's capabilities with client needs to ensure timely and effective fulfillment of roles. The Capacity Planner navigates between various fulfillment channels to optimize team configurations and enhance client strategies.
Key responsibilities include advising client teams on fulfillment timelines to ensure client readiness and success, providing recommendations against staff plans, and owning data accuracy used for workforce planning. The role also involves collaborating with client teams and commercial finance to ensure staff plans are accurate and maintained, assembling and optimizing the best possible team for clients, and ensuring the fulfillment of staff plans across internal and external supply. Additionally, the Capacity Planner acts as a central point of contact for client teams, simplifying communication and ensuring clarity in staffing requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of client needs, expectations, and existing staff plans. They should leverage knowledge of resource management, workforce planning, finance, and staffing solutions to advise client teams effectively. Maintaining accurate data for workforce planning and utilizing data analytics to monitor fulfillment activities are essential. The role requires the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information and effectively manage and communicate with senior stakeholders.
