Research Analyst
The Research Analyst position at WPP Media in Buenos Aires, Argentina, involves investigating and analyzing market trends, consumer behaviors, media consumption habits, and the competitive landscape. The analyst will collaborate closely with media planning and strategy teams to integrate research insights into proposals and campaigns, as well as evaluate the effectiveness of media strategies post-launch.
Key responsibilities include developing clear and concise reports that present findings and recommendations, supporting media strategy by providing actionable insights, and exploring new research tools and methodologies to enhance analytical capabilities. The analyst will also be responsible for ensuring data accuracy and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.
Candidates should have prior experience in market research, data analysis, or similar roles within media agencies or consultancies. Proficiency in media data platforms such as Ibope and Scopessi is essential. Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to transform data into actionable insights are required. Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are also important. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and preferably experience with data visualization tools, is desired. An intermediate to advanced level of English is also preferred.
