THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an ambitious BDR Manager to join our client's growing sales team. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale a newly created Remote BDR team from scratch in a fully remote, fast-paced startup environment, collaborating with a talented, passionate sales team that is shaping the future of data privacy and AI.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide hands-on coaching to BDRs and foster a high-performance, collaborative culture
- Generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn
- Meet and exceed sales targets for setting qualified meetings
- Improve and implement new scalable sales processes and playbooks for enterprise cybersecurity/data privacy sales
- Utilize CRM and sales tools to track sales performance, manage the pipeline, and maintain client information
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs
- Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or another relevant field
