As a Customer Experience Specialist at Agoda, you will be an integral part of our Customer Support Team, providing real-time assistance to guests and partners in Korean and English. This role is based in Bangkok, Thailand, and offers relocation support for qualified candidates. Agoda, a leading online travel booking platform and part of Booking Holdings, connects travelers with a vast network of accommodations, flights, and experiences worldwide.

In this position, you will deliver outstanding service through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your responsibilities will include handling a high volume of inquiries, resolving booking issues such as changes, cancellations, and payments, and collaborating with team leaders and other departments to address complex cases. You will work towards achieving individual and team key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree and possesses excellent spoken and written Korean skills, along with business-level proficiency in English. Strong customer focus, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to remain calm and professional under pressure are essential. Flexibility to adapt to new tools and processes, as well as the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, are also important. Prior experience in customer support or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
