Relocation and Care Specialist
The Relocation and Care Specialist at RISK Inc. plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and stress-free relocation experience for employees transitioning to Poland. This position is integral to the Human Resources team, focusing on managing the entire relocation and immigration process, thereby supporting the company's dynamic and international workforce.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the full cycle of immigration procedures in Poland, such as obtaining work permits, national visas, residence permits, and PESEL numbers. The specialist acts as a liaison with Polish government institutions, legal advisors, and immigration vendors to ensure compliance with local labor and immigration laws. Additionally, the role involves coordinating travel arrangements, temporary housing, and onboarding processes for relocated employees and their families.
Candidates should possess at least one year of experience in relocation, immigration, or global mobility, with a focus on Polish procedures. A deep understanding of Polish immigration law and experience working with government institutions like Urząd, ZUS, and the tax office are essential. Proficiency in both Polish and English, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive, empathetic approach are also required.
