Relationship Manager Corporate Lending
The Relationship Manager Corporate Lending at Amar Bank is responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new potential debtors and securing high-quality loan portfolios. This role involves developing and executing effective business plans and marketing strategies tailored to the Commercial segment, ensuring alignment with the bank's overall objectives. The position is based in Jakarta and offers a full-time, permanent, on-site opportunity within the Commercial & Corporate Lending Function.
Key responsibilities include preparing comprehensive credit proposals, assessing and recommending appropriate credit or loan structures for potential clients, and maintaining and strengthening long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure portfolio quality and customer satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will also collaborate effectively with internal teams and maintain professional relationships with all relevant stakeholders to support business objectives.
Candidates must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any relevant field and possess 2-3 years of experience in banking, lending, or credit, preferably within the Corporate segment. A strong client network or database within the Corporate market is essential, along with proven experience in managing a credit portfolio of at least IDR 500 billion. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, performance-driven, and committed to professional growth, exhibiting integrity, professionalism, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work effectively under pressure while consistently meeting or exceeding business targets is also required.
