FanDuel Group is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Regulatory Management Team in New York City. This team is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing FanDuel's regulatory library, ensuring compliance across all business units. The Senior Associate will support the Senior Regulatory Manager and the broader Regulatory Strategy and Engagement team in monitoring regulatory developments across various jurisdictions. This role offers an opportunity to work in one of the fastest-evolving industries, requiring strong interpersonal and organizational skills, adaptability, and discipline.

In this position, the Senior Associate will collaborate with a team of compliance, regulatory, and legal professionals to promote a world-class regulatory compliance program. Key responsibilities include tracking FanDuel's regulatory obligations across all products and jurisdictions in North America, working with the Regulatory Engagement and Strategy team to monitor and promote awareness of high-risk regulatory compliance developments, and enhancing operational efficiency through the development and improvement of department processes using advanced technology and AI tools. Additionally, the role involves creating and presenting key regulatory compliance developments and performance metrics to the regulatory team and senior management.

Candidates should have over three years of experience in compliance operations and management, regulatory risk, policy, or similar roles within highly regulated industries or government. Exceptional organizational, professional, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to interpret and disseminate complex regulations to a wide range of stakeholders. The role also requires the ability to develop and foster deep relationships with colleagues, identify inefficiencies, and implement procedures to save resources and time. A strong aptitude for policy, process, procedure, analytics, and effective reporting is necessary, as well as experience in utilizing and maintaining management tools used for compliance, risk management, and reporting. Prior project implementation experience is a plus. The position requires working in the New York office at least three days a week.

The applicable salary range for this position is $66,000 - $82,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs, and market demand. This role may offer benefits such as medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. It may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and stock program participation. The role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
