In this role, you will be instrumental in managing regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with evolving gaming regulations. As part of the Global Compliance & Risk team, you will collaborate cross-functionally to maintain critical documentation and contribute to accurate and timely regulatory reporting.

Key responsibilities include preparing responses to regulator inquiries, assisting in the preparation and submission of recurring and ad hoc regulatory reports, and reviewing and interpreting regulatory requirements to provide clear guidance for internal stakeholders. You will also maintain and update documentation of regulatory requirements, track reporting deadlines, and support new market and product launches by contributing to regulatory readiness efforts.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with at least 3 years of experience in regulatory, compliance, legal, or a related function within a highly regulated industry. Experience in gaming, sports betting, iGaming, or a similarly regulated industry is preferred. Strong organizational skills, effective written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency with tools such as Excel, Google Suite, and collaboration platforms like JIRA, Confluence, and Slack are essential.

DraftKings offers a competitive salary range of $81,600 to $102,000, along with bonuses, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
