Savoy Life, a technology-enabled healthcare services startup under Red Cell Partners, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide hands-on clinical support for seniors in various settings, including individual homes, assisted living, independent living, and memory care facilities. This role is integral to Savoy Life's mission of enhancing healthcare for seniors and their caregivers by integrating caregiving into the heart of healthcare, allowing seniors to spend more quality days at home and fewer days in the hospital.

The Registered Nurse will conduct assessments, perform ongoing check-ins, and deliver in-person care to residents within senior living communities and other senior settings to identify and support care needs. Responsibilities include assisting Advanced Practice Providers in developing and implementing chronic condition care plans, coordinating care through collaboration with primary care providers, specialists, families, and other care services, and maintaining accurate documentation in Savoy Life's Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. The RN will also triage after-hours patient calls and provide clinical expertise to on-site staff to support high-quality resident care.

Candidates must hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Idaho and possess a valid driver's license. A strong background in geriatric or senior care, with experience in care assessments and coordination, is essential. Proficiency in care planning for chronic conditions, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic startup environment are required. Experience working in senior living facilities is highly desirable.

Savoy Life offers opportunities to make a meaningful impact on seniors' lives while empowering existing healthcare teams. The company provides comprehensive health care benefits, including 100% employer-paid medical coverage, and fosters a collaborative and innovative work environment focused on improving senior care outcomes.
