Regional Sales Manager - Insurance (Sumatera)

As a Regional Sales Manager for Insurance in the Sumatera region, you will lead and oversee sales initiatives to drive growth and achieve sales targets. You will be part of a dynamic team at Cermati, a leading financial technology startup in Indonesia, dedicated to simplifying the process of finding and applying for financial products online.

Your primary responsibilities will include setting and achieving partner sales targets within the assigned regional area. You will ensure the successful implementation of sales programs, coordinate with partner operational teams to gather insights on sales performance, competitors, and field challenges, monitor the daily activities of the District Sales Manager (DSM) team, and conduct target and performance reviews with clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in any field or have at least three years of experience as an area manager in the smartphone and electronics retail industry. A strong network in the retail industry is essential. Additionally, the candidate should be able to work under pressure, demonstrate a high degree of mobility, and maintain excellent relationships with client sales forces.
