Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets within the assigned territory, developing and managing efficient distribution networks, and crafting innovative sales and marketing strategies. The role also entails collecting and reporting customer and market feedback, analyzing sales data, and providing forecasts to zonal heads. Additionally, the manager will travel extensively—up to 80% of the month—to engage with potential and existing customers, presenting company offerings and building brand awareness.

Candidates should possess a Master's degree in Life Sciences or a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences with an MBA, coupled with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in the genomics industry. Essential skills include strong communication abilities, proficiency in sales and marketing strategies, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. Experience in next-generation sequencing and related genomic services is highly desirable.
