Regional Sales Manager Enterprise Acquisition
The Regional Sales Manager for Enterprise Acquisition at CoreWeave is a pivotal leadership role within the sales team, focusing on driving pipeline growth and securing new enterprise clients across the EMEA region. In this role, the manager will oversee a team of account executives, setting performance goals and providing ongoing coaching to drive success. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a sales strategy aligned with regional objectives, identifying target accounts that fit CoreWeave's ideal client profiles, and collaborating with Solution Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a unified approach to customer outcomes. Additionally, the manager will manage the sales pipeline, forecast performance for executive leadership, and build long-term relationships with key customers.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience managing and leading software sales teams, along with over 5 years as an enterprise sales individual contributor. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth is essential. Strong leadership and communication skills are required, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Competence in value selling frameworks, such as Command of the Message, and forecasting methodologies like MEDDPICC is also important.
The base salary for this role ranges from £105,000 to £135,000, with a 50/50 on-target earnings (OTE) structure, evenly split between base salary and variable commission.
