Regional Sales Manager
Arista Networks is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of 5-6 Account Managers in the Boston metro area. This role involves driving revenue growth for Arista's Open Networking platforms, including Cognitive Cloud Networking solutions and AI-driven products. The position reports to the regional Area Vice President of Sales and emphasizes collaboration within a team-oriented environment.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing a strategic go-to-market business plan to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals. The manager will build and manage a sales pipeline by fostering relationships with top-tier prospects, partners, and customers. Additionally, the role involves hiring, developing, and mentoring top sales talent, as well as managing and expanding customer relationships associated with Arista's product portfolio.
The ideal candidate should have a BA/BS degree and over 12 years of sales experience in high-tech infrastructure sales, with previous experience managing and building sales teams. A demonstrated history of consistent sales achievement over targets is essential. Core domain knowledge of networking solutions, including data center, campus, and cloud technologies, is required. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels are also important.
The base salary for this role ranges from $150,000 to $190,000, with the actual offer depending on factors such as skills, qualifications, relevant experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the position may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, commissions, equity, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, wellbeing, tax savings, and income protection.
