Regional Sales Director, SF Bay Area
As a Regional Sales Director at Cato Networks, you will be instrumental in driving sales and expanding our presence within the San Francisco Bay Area. In this role, you will own the entire sales cycle within your assigned region, from prospecting to closing deals with mid-to-large accounts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include engaging with key decision-makers such as CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs to align our cybersecurity and SaaS solutions with their business needs. You will manage sales cycles of varying lengths, navigate multiple stakeholders, and maintain momentum throughout the process. Additionally, you will develop relationships with local Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and other strategic partners to expand our market reach.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in territory sales within cybersecurity, SaaS, or related industries, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. A strong understanding of cybersecurity, SaaS, or networking solutions is essential, along with the ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders. Experience working with partners, MSSPs, VARs, and other strategic collaborators to drive sales and expand business opportunities is also highly valued.
Cato Networks offers a competitive compensation package, with a reasonable estimate of the salary for this role ranging from $270,000 to $330,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skill set, experience, location, training, and certifications.
