Regional Real Estate Expansion Manager
Fever, a leading global live-entertainment discovery platform, is seeking a Regional Real Estate Expansion Manager to join its Fever Originals team. This role focuses on creating unique events and experiences that provide unforgettable moments for audiences. The Regional Real Estate Expansion Manager will oversee venue sourcing efforts, ensuring the feasibility and suitability of locations for various events. Key responsibilities include managing a team of scouts, strategizing and prioritizing high-volume venue sourcing requests, conducting due diligence on potential venues, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless event execution. The role also involves evaluating venues from experiential and financial perspectives, negotiating lease agreements, assisting with obtaining necessary permits, and maintaining comprehensive venue databases.
Candidates should possess a strong network in mall and retail leasing, with existing relationships with major mall operators and big-box retail landlords. The ability to handle multiple lease negotiations simultaneously and close deals quickly is essential. Familiarity with permitting requirements and venue fit-outs for experiential concepts, preferably in malls, is required. Additional qualifications include proven experience in venue sourcing, operations, or event management roles, strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in database management and relevant software tools.
The compensation package for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually.
