Regional Physical Security Manager
Anduril Industries is seeking a Regional Physical Security Manager to oversee and enhance the physical security posture across a designated Area of Responsibility (AOR). This role is integral to the Security Operations Team, which is dedicated to safeguarding the company's people, assets, and operations through integrated security solutions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring a secure environment that enables Anduril to innovate and operate confidently in a dynamic global landscape.
The Regional Physical Security Manager will be responsible for managing and directing the performance of contracted security guard forces within the AOR, ensuring adherence to global Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Key duties include conducting comprehensive physical security assessments, developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies, managing regional security budgets, and providing essential crisis management support. Collaboration with local site leadership and various departments is essential to ensure cohesive security strategies.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in physical security management, guard force oversight, or site security operations. A solid understanding of security principles, best practices, and relevant technologies is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively both independently and within a team are essential. The ability to obtain and maintain relevant security clearances is also necessary.
Anduril offers a competitive salary range of $111,000 to $147,000 USD for this role, with actual compensation varying based on factors such as experience and education.
