Regional Operations Sr Analyst
EBANX is seeking a Regional Operations Senior Analyst to support its teams in Mexico, Colombia, Central America, and the Caribbean. This role is integral to enhancing business efficiency within the region, focusing on administrative duties, local campaigns, fee monitoring, and leveraging market intelligence. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financial services, payments, eCommerce, or technology industries, along with established relationships within the local payments ecosystem.
Key responsibilities include managing administrative tasks such as invoice processing, vendor payments, coworking bookings, and expense management to ensure smooth local and financial operations. The analyst will also define and implement operational process flows and service level agreements with local partners, monitor fees like chargebacks and retries, and support compliance with card scheme and regulatory mandates. Additionally, the role involves managing marketing campaigns and providing market intelligence to support country managers.
Candidates must be native Spanish speakers with fluent English proficiency and possess proven experience in the financial services, payments, eCommerce, or technology sectors. Experience working in project groups within the financial or payments sector in a regional or global environment is essential, as is familiarity with payment processing and acquirer systems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required, along with the ability to work cross-functionally in complex and fast-paced environments. The position is based in Mexico City, with options for remote and hybrid work within the city.
