The Regional Marketing Manager at Eurofins Discovery is responsible for designing and executing commercial marketing plans within the assigned region, ensuring alignment with global and business line strategies. This role involves close collaboration with the global Marketing-Communications team, business line, and sales teams to effectively implement marketing tactics that build brand awareness, generate leads, and contribute to achieving sales goals.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing integrated marketing communications campaigns to enhance the visibility of all business line offerings in the region. The manager will identify and prioritize local messaging for target audiences, manage regional digital platforms to ensure content accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines, and support the organization of regional and global events such as seminars, trade shows, and webinars. Additionally, the role involves establishing measurable KPIs to track campaign effectiveness and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should possess skills in strategic marketing plan design and implementation, omni-channel marketing communications, digital communication, lead generation, performance analysis, and budget management. Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
