About the role:
This role includes leading the HR Function at the regional level to partner with and advises the business. The HR Business Partner(HRBP) will be responsible for working closely with the business to support the achievement of growth objectives and future talent needs.
The HRBP has overall accountability for the assigned Stakeholders, working closely with the business and HR leadership to implement the HR strategy.
Expectations/ Requirements:
1. Validate and maintain the integrity and accuracy of employee master data throughout the employee lifecycle
2. Ensure strict policy adherence and maintain legal compliance within the region.
3. Accurate tracking and management of employee leave
4. Support internal and external audits and investigations by providing required data and documentation
5. Handle employee grievances and manage first-level escalations efficiently, ensuring resolution within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT)
